Delivery
Delivery may be done by our team or trusted shipping companies to ensure lowest shipping fees, fastest delivery, and best quality.
Delivery costs will be shown on the site or confirmed when contacting you. Costs may vary depending on location and shipping company.
Responsibility of the products transfers to you once delivered to your selected address.
Products Information
All the products descriptions on our website are shortened. If you want to know more about any product before ordering, please contact Lord Vape team.
Order Changes Rights
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us and we will let you know if the change is possible.
To cancel your order, please inform us during the confirmation call or through our contact numbers.
Orders cannot be canceled during the shipping process (after confirmation call).
Returns and Exchanges
We offer product returns and exchanges for 3 days starting from the day you receive the product.
Exchanges are only allowed if the product does not match your device, and it must be in the same condition as received (sealed). Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clients should notify us on the same day of receiving the order.
We offer a one-week warranty from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects only.
Free repair service is available for devices purchased from our site within 14 days from the day of receipt.
You must keep the invoice and the product in its original condition.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery & money transferring.
In some cases, we may ask for a down payment before handing the order to the delivery company. In such cases, we will provide the down payment method.
The down payment equals the shipping costs only.
